Se escogió el Liceo del Batallón Pichincha como foco principal para el diseño y prueba de la Multimedia, ya que se encontraba dentro del rango de estratos (Estratos 3 y 4) para el cual iba dirigido la Multimedia. Además las directivas y Psicólogas de la institución se mostraron interesadas por el proyecto de la Multimedia. La Multimedia es de tipo Educativo, ésta puede ser usada por los profesores aplicando la teoría del aprendizaje por descubrimiento para que los estudiantes descubran relaciones entre conceptos y construyan proposiciones teniendo un diálogo interactivo con el docente. EL docente debe encargarse de que la información con la que el estudiante interactúa sea apropiada para su estructura cognitiva. Se hicieron dos grupos focales en el Liceo del Batallón Pichincha, en el primero se cuestionó a 16 estudiantes (8 hombres y 8 mujeres) en grupos separados sobre los medios de comunicación que usan, las campañas educativas que ellos han visto o recibido, las Infecciones de Transmisión sexual(ITS),sus fuentes de información respecto a las ITS, la educación sexual que han recibido ellos en los colegios, sus conocimientos acerca de instituciones que brindan información sobre las ITS, y por 5 último el formato en qué les gustaría que la Multimedia sobre ITS les fuera presentada a ellos. Luego se les mostró el primer borrador de la multimedia. A partir de lo halado se analizó la información, se corrigió la Multimedia y en la segunda visita se les mostró la Multimedia terminada, se hizo el proceso de retroalimentación y se sacaron conclusiones. Finalmente se dejaron unas buenas bases para presentar otros proyectos Multimedia en algún otro colegio de la ciudad de Cali.This multimedia presentation was created to inform and raise awareness among young people aged 15 to 19 in the city of Cali about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and their effects on the human body. The Liceo del Batallón Pichincha was chosen as the main focus for the design and testing of the multimedia presentation, as it was located within the socioeconomic strata (strata 3 and 4) for which the multimedia presentation was intended. Furthermore, the school's administration and psychologists expressed interest in the multimedia project. The multimedia presentation is educational in nature and can be used by teachers applying discovery learning theory so that students can discover relationships between concepts and construct propositions through interactive dialogue with the teacher. The teacher must ensure that the information with which the student interacts is appropriate for their cognitive structure. Two focus groups were conducted at the Pichincha Battalion High School. In the first, 16 students (8 male and 8 female) were questioned in separate groups about the media they use, the educational campaigns they have seen or received, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), their sources of information regarding STIs, the sex education they have received in school, their knowledge of institutions that provide information about STIs, and finally, the format in which they would like the multimedia presentation on STIs to be presented to them. The first draft of the multimedia presentation was then shown to them. Based on their feedback, the information was analyzed, the multimedia presentation was revised, and in the second visit, the completed multimedia presentation was shown to them. The feedback process was then carried out, and conclusions were drawn.
