dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de esta investigación es comprender como han sido los procesos de afrontamiento de cuatro (4) mujeres indígenas Nasa ante la negativa de la solicitud de la interrupción voluntaria del embrazo IVE bajo la causal de riesgo a la salud de la mujer en la dimensión de salud mental, por parte de las Autoridades Indígenas Nasa. La metodología aplicada es el estudio de caso colectivo; como instrumentos de investigación se utilizan la entrevista semi-estructurada, el genograma, la observación y diarios de campo. Se plantearon dos categorías de análisis: Motivadores para la solicitud del IVE y Procesos Afrontamiento ante la negativa a la solicitud. Estas dos categorías son analizadas en la dimensión personal, familiar y comunitaria. Se realiza la comprensión de los datos desde la perspectiva intercultural y del enfoque diferencial étnico que permiten contextualizar los sentidos y las maneras de reglamentar la IVE de acuerdo a la cosmovisión y cosmogonía Nasa. De igual forma, estos enfoques permiten el entendimiento de los recursos espirituales y culturales presentes en los procesos de afrontamiento en las cuatro mujeres.
dc.description.abstracteng	The aim of this study is to understand how the coping processes of four (4) Nasa indigenous women have been with the refusal of the request for voluntary interruption of pregnancy the VIP under the cause of risk to women's health in the mental health dimension by the Nasa Indigenous Authorities. The methodology applied is the collective case study; Semi-structured interview, genogram, observation and field journals are used as research tools. Two categories of analysis were raised: Motivators for the request of the VIP and Coping Processes before the refusal of the request. These two categories are analyzed in the personal, family and community dimension. The data comprehension is performed from the cross-culture perspective and the ethnic differential approach that allows contextualizing the senses and the ways of regulating the VIP according to the Nasa worldview and cosmogony. Similarly, these approaches allow the understanding of the spiritual and cultural resources present in the coping processes in the four women.
