dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación indagó si las mujeres indígenas Nasa, desde las practicas productivas realizadas en el Tul, aportan al cuidado de la naturaleza y contribuyen a mantener la armonía con el entorno. Este trabajo realizado en el departamento del Cauca - Colombia, desde una aproximación etnográfica se basó en dos momentos; el primero desde la observación participante de su cotidianidad, y el segundo, a partir de un grupo de discusión con mujeres Nasa del Resguardo indígenas de Tacueyó en Toribío. Se evidencia el compromiso, cualificación y liderazgo de estas mujeres y su capacidad para asumir cada vez más espacios de trabajo comunitario, sin menoscabo de su labor vital en la conservación de las costumbres y transmisión de la cultura. Este estudio destaca cómo las mujeres Nasa contribuyen al equilibrio del territorio y a la generación de condiciones para el buen vivir; no obstante, ellas perciben insuficiente valoración de sus aportes y que requieren mayor respaldo familiar y del proceso organizativo para satisfacer algunas de sus aspiraciones personales y desarrollar todo su potencial comunitario develando el dilema entre la complementariedad de mujeres y hombres y la prevalencia de rasgos del patriarcado indígena.
dc.description.abstracteng	The present investigation investigated whether the indigenous Nasa women, from the productive practices carried out in Tul, contribute to the care of nature and contribute to maintaining harmony with the environment. This work carried out in the department of Cauca - Colombia, from an ethnographic approach, was based on two moments; the first from the participant observation of their daily life, and the second, from a discussion group with Nasa women from the indigenous Reservation of Tacueyó in Toribío. The commitment, qualification and leadership of these women and their capacity to assume more and more spaces for community work is evident, without prejudice to their vital work in the conservation of customs and transmission of culture. This study highlights how Nasa women contribute to the balance of the territory and the generation of conditions for good living; However, they perceive insufficient appreciation of their contributions and that they require greater family support and the organizational process to satisfy some of their personal aspirations and develop their full community potential, revealing the dilemma between the complementarity of women and men and the prevalence of patriarchy traits indigenous.
