dc.description.abstract	En este proyecto se plantea unos pasos guía como recomendaciones para la publicación y recuperación de recursos educativos integrados e interoperables en la web de los datos. Para ello, en primer lugar, se realizó un mapeo sistemático donde se obtuvo el estado actual de investigaciones sobre el tema. En segundo lugar, se propone un diseño de una ontología de dominio, basada en el análisis del mapeo, para la publicación y recuperación de recursos, esta ontología cuenta con 7 clases principales y 3 subclases. Por último, se presentan las recomendaciones, que se basan tanto en el conocimiento adquirido en el mapeo como en el diseño de la ontología y tiene en cuenta los principios sugeridos por W3C, FAIR y Tim Berners-lee. Cabe aclarar que en el diseño de la Ontología se incluyeron las recomendaciones propuestas. Finalmente, para el proceso de validación de las recomendaciones propuestas, se aplica una encuesta de satisfacción donde se evalúa la utilidad de las recomendaciones mediante el análisis de la polaridad y subjetividad de las respuestas de los usuarios. Se efectúan dos pruebas, en la primera se facilita a los usuarios un documento que contiene las recomendaciones, esto para determinar el entendimiento global de las mismas; y en la segunda prueba, se le comparte una página web a los usuarios, se les da unas instrucciones para que realicen una búsqueda sobre dicha página, esto se hace para comprobar el entendimiento de la aplicación de las recomendaciones. Esta evaluación se realizó a un grupo de 10 personas, de las cuales 5 eran usuarios técnicos de áreas a fines a sistemas y electrónica, y los 5 restantes eran docentes y expertos temáticos del departamento del Cauca. Los resultados fueron exitosos y se presentan en el análisis de los resultados del proceso.
dc.description.abstracteng	This project proposes some guiding steps as recommendations for the publication and retrieval of integrated and interoperable educational resources on the web of data. First, a systematic mapping was carried out to obtain the current state of research on the subject. Secondly, a design of a domain ontology, based on the mapping analysis, is proposed for the publication and retrieval of resources, this ontology has 7 main classes and 3 subclasses. Finally, recommendations are presented, which are based both on the knowledge acquired in the mapping and in the design of the ontology and take into account the principles suggested by W3C, FAIR and Tim Berners-lee. It should be clarified that the proposed recommendations were included in the design of the Ontology. Finally, for the validation process of the proposed recommendations, a satisfaction survey is applied where the usefulness of the recommendations is evaluated by analyzing the polarity and subjectivity of the users' answers. Two tests are carried out, in the first one a document containing the recommendations is provided to the users, this is to determine the global understanding of the recommendations; and in the second test, a web page is shared to the users, they are given some instructions to carry out a search on this page, this is done to check the understanding of the application of the recommendations. This evaluation was carried out with a group of 10 people, 5 of whom were technical users from areas related to systems and electronics, and the remaining 5 were teachers and subject matter experts from the department of Cauca. The results were successful and are presented in the analysis of the results of the process.
