dc.description.abstractEl siguiente artículo presenta la sistematización de la experiencia de un proyecto en Educación para la Paz ejecutado en el Alto Putumayo, Colombia, entre 2018 y 2021 por la fundación War Child, con el fin de dilucidar las Representaciones Sociales frente a la diversidad cultural que pueden fomentar el respeto y el aprecio por las diferencias y las que pueden ser un obstáculo en el proceso. Se usó el enfoque procesual para el análisis de las Representaciones Sociales como método y la fundamentación teórica de la idea de los Chi’xi de Rivera. Como resultados se tiene la relevancia del arte, la importancia del feminismo indígena, la discusión abierta y sin tabúes de temáticas como la diversidad sexual y de género y la puesta en diálogo de la educación en el área rural y urbana para generar dinámicas creativas que fomenten el respeto por la diversidad cultural en el ámbito educativo.
dc.description.abstractengThe following article presents the systematization of the experience of a project in Education for Peace carried out in Alto Putumayo, Colombia, between 2018 and 2021 by the War Child foundation, in order to elucidate the Social Representations regarding cultural diversity that can foster respect and appreciation for differences and those that can be an obstacle in the process. The procedural approach was used for the analysis of Social Representations as a method, and the theoretical foundation of the idea of Chi’xi by Rivera. As a result, there is the relevance of art, the importance of indigenous feminism, the open and taboo-free discussion of topics such as sexual and gender diversity, and the dialogue between education in rural and urban areas to generate creative dynamics that promote respect for cultural diversity in the educational sphere.
