dc.descriptionTanto la teología de la espiritualidad cristiana como la psicología transpersonal confirman que no existe la conocida escisión de cuerpo y espíritu, la corporalidad evidencia, entre otras características: identidad, individualidad y ubicación espacio-temporal en el ser humano. Tener plena consciencia de ello facilita dar un paso hacia la comprensión del sí mismo, del ser en el mundo y de la trascendencia. La espiritualidad es, por su parte, el camino que lleva desde las preguntas fundamentales de la vida a la búsqueda, el reconocimiento, el contacto íntimo y continuo de lo que realmente se es, lo que permite establecer relaciones sólidas y verdaderas consigo mismo, con los otros, con lo otro y con el gran Otro.es-ES
