Abstract
En este trabajo, se realizará un análisis de desempeño sísmico para estructuras de concretoreforzado diseñados bajo el Reglamento NSR-10, usando el método del espectro de capacidad paraobtener las curvas de capacidad de las edificaciones y obtener los espectros de demanda sísmicalo que permitirá encontrar el punto de desempeño, verificando su comportamiento y el nivel dedesempeño que alcanza frente a diferentes demandas de sismo. Las estructuras tendrán una mismaplanta típica y tendrán tres, cinco y ocho pisos respectivamente, estas estarán clasificadas en elgrupo de importancia IV de uso indispensable, como hospitales según, el Reglamento NSR-10 yestarán ubicadas en la ciudad de Cali-Colombia, por lo que se dará uso a los espectros del mapade microzonificación sísmica de la ciudad. Al terminar los análisis anteriores se rediseñarán lasestructuras por desempeño para que tengan un comportamiento satisfactorio frente al eventosísmico. Con esto se logrará realizar comparativas en cuanto a seguridad de los distintitos nivelesde desempeño, de secciones, cuantías y de las capacidades de los diseños obtenidos para generarconclusiones con los datos adquiridos. El presente trabajo no pretende ni podrá cuestionar elreglamento de diseño símico NSR-10.

In this research work, an análisis of the seismic performance for reinforced concretestructures designed under the standard NSR-10 will be carried out, using the capacity spectrum toobtain the capacity curves of the buildings and obtain seismic demand espectrums which will allowto find the performance point, verifying its behavior and the performnaces level that it reaches against different eartquakes demands. The structures will have the same typical story and will have three, five and eight floors respectively , these will be classified in the group IV of indispensable use as hospitals according to the standard NSR-10 , and will be located in the city of Cali-Colombia, so the espectra of the seismic microzoning map of the city will be used. After complete the previous análisis, the estructures will be redesigned by performace design so they have a satisfactory behavior against the sismic event. With this, it will be posible to make comparisons of the saefty in the the differents levels of performance, in sections, reinforcements and capacities of the obtained disigns to generate conclusions with the data acquired. This work does not intend or will be able to question the regulation of sismic design NSR-10.
