Abstract
Siguiendo las estructuras actuales de los Estados constitucionales se puede llegar a conocerse sus elementos principales y más comunes. Pudieran enumerarse entre esos elementos sus sistemas de garantías, la validez formal y sustancial de sus contenidos normativos o incluso sus principios fundantes; elementos sobre los cuales autores como Luigi Ferrajoli o Peter Häberle han conceptuado modelos en los que han expuesto desde las bases antropológicas de los estados Constitucionales hasta sus órganos y elementos más visibles. Corresponde por tanto analizar tales elementos para poder resolver el cuestionamiento eje de la investigación. Los elementos de juicio brindados por la doctrina más especializada, junto a un marco metodológico que sirva para realizar un análisis racional de las decisiones de los operadores jurídicos sobre las normas y estructuras constitucionales es la ruta escogida para poder acercarse al cuestionamiento sobre la figura de las cláusulas de intangibilidad y su funcionamiento tanto en los estados constitucionales en general como en el estado constitucional colombiano específicamente.

By following the constitutional states' current structures, we can know their primary and most common elements. These elements could include their systems of guarantees, the formal and substantial validity of their normative contents, or even their founding principles, elements on which authors such as Luigi Ferrajoli or Peter Häberle have conceptualized models in which they have explained from the anthropological bases of Constitutional States to their most visible organs and elements. It is, therefore, appropriate to analyze such elements to resolve the research's central question. The elements of judgment provided by the most specialized doctrine, together with a methodological framework that serves to perform a rational analysis of the decisions of the legal operators on the constitutional norms and structures, is the route chosen to be able to approach the questioning on the figure of the intangibility clauses and its operation both in the constitutional states in general and in the Colombian constitutional state specifically.
