Abstract
En las últimas décadas, Santiago de Cali ha experimentado cambios profundos en varios ámbitos, afectando el patrimonio cultural tangible e intangible. Es crucial enfocar la protección de la diversidad cultural del país, salvaguardando la memoria histórica y las expresiones culturales ligadas al territorio. La cultura, a través del arte, música, cine y literatura, ha sido un refugio durante periodos de aislamiento, enriqueciendo la vida y el bienestar humano. El "Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2022-2032" y la "Ley 2184 de 2022" buscan promover y valorar la cultura en Colombia, integrando políticas y programas para fortalecer y sostener los oficios artísticos y culturales. La visión del Plan Nacional de Cultura es amplia, buscando superar visiones fragmentadas y fomentar conexiones entre la cultura y la sociedad para lograr una mayor sostenibilidad.

In recent decades, Santiago de Cali has experienced profound changes in several areas, affecting tangible and intangible cultural heritage. It is crucial to focus on the protection of the country's cultural diversity, safeguarding historical memory and cultural expressions linked to the territory. Culture, through art, music, film and literature, has been a refuge during periods of isolation, enriching life and human well-being. The "National Development Plan 2022-2032" and "Law 2184 of 2022" seek to promote and value culture in Colombia, integrating policies and programs to strengthen and sustain artistic and cultural professions. The vision of the National Culture Plan is broad, seeking to overcome fragmented visions and foster connections between culture and society to achieve greater sustainability.
