dc.description.abstract	El objetivo general de esta investigación fue de explorar la vivencia del aprendizaje transformador en un grupo de estudiantes de pregrado en filosofía durante su formación profesional. Para esto se recurrió a un diseño fenomenológico y a entrevistas en profundidad en las que se indagaron las experiencias de cinco estudiantes de filosofía entre sexto y octavo semestre de una universidad privada. El análisis de datos tuvo cuatro fases: codificación, horizontalización, descripción textural y estructural y descripción compuesta (Creswell y Poth, 2018). Se encontró que los estudiantes reportaron cambios en puntos de vista relacionados con la dimensión moral, vocacional, epistemológica, política y relacional. Igualmente, expresaron que la reflexión crítica es una cualidad inherente a su rol filosófico y que es una herramienta para transformar, posicionarse y dialogar con otros puntos de vista. Finalmente, en cuanto a las experiencias formativas transformadoras resaltaron las asignaturas tipo seminario, la escritura y lectura de textos filosóficos como significativas para lograr el cambio en puntos de vista y fortalecer la reflexión crítica. Se concluye que la experiencia de formación en filosofía coincide con un proceso de aprendizaje transformador, además los resultados de esta investigación contribuyen al reconocimiento y promueven la valoración de la filosofía como disciplina significativa para pensar y actuar en el mundo contemporáneo.
dc.description.abstracteng	The purpose of this research was to explore the experience of transformative learning in a group of undergraduate philosophy students during their professional training. For this, a phenomenological design and in-depth interviews were used to explore the experiences of five philosophy students between the sixth and eighth semesters of a private university. The data analysis had four phases: coding, horizontalization, textural and structural description, and composite description (Creswell & Poth, 2018). It was found that students reported changes in points of view related to moral, vocational, epistemological, political, and relational dimensions. Likewise, they expressed that critical reflection is a quality inherent to their philosophical role and that it is a tool to transform, position themselves, and dialogue with other points of view. Finally, regarding the transforming formative experiences, they highlighted the seminar-type subjects, as well as writing, and reading of philosophical texts as significant to achieve a change in points of view and to strengthen critical reflection. It is concluded that the experience of formation in philosophy coincides with a transformative learning process, in addition, the results of this research contribute to the recognition and promote the appraisal of philosophy as a significant discipline to think and act in the contemporary world.
