With the emergence of the pandemic caused by SARS-COV-2, the sale of frozen products which were ready to consume became a great business opportunity. In addition, the demand in Colombia for poultry products has increased over the years, this caused THE COMPANY’S birth in the middle of 2020. THE COMPANY doesn’t have enough experience to properly develop its activities, so it is possible to find different opportunities for improvement. All companies independent of their activity should seek each of their production activities efficiently to be able to fulfill their clients’ desires, which allows them to position themselves within the market, thus generating a good brand that can a greater demand and higher income. To identify what area has a potential for improvement, an analysis of the current job times is carried out with, in which the labeling and packaging area the ones that should be treated, all because it is done manually and presents a greater degree of difficulty. After this, different alternatives of solution are searched for, having as a margin the limitations and requirements of the stakeholders. It is concluded that the solution alternative to carrying out is the study of the job, taking into picture activities, production times and workstation. The design of the job is carried out under the study of anthropometry to make it ergonomic, to mitigate the fatigue and make the performance of the operators improve significantly.
