dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene el objetivo de Describir cuál es la correlación entre las funciones ejecutivas (FE) y la escritura de los estudiantes sordos usuarios de la lengua de señas colombiana (LSC), para ello, se diseñó un estudio descriptivo correlacional y se evaluó una muestra de 30 estudiantes que cursan último grado de primaria y todos los grados de bachillerato. Las pruebas aplicadas fueron: Funciones ejecutivas (Wisconsin y Torre de Londres), una prueba de vocabulario (Boston) con la cual se buscaba medir la proficiencia de los estudiantes en el uso de la LSC, además se realizó una adaptación de la prueba Neuropsi Atención y memoria: Codificación Memoria Lógica. Párrafo 2, en la que se mostró a los participantes un video donde un modelo lingüístico leyó en LSC la historia de la señora García y después se pidió a los participantes que escribieran la historia que acababan de ver. Para el análisis de los resultados, se utilizó la estadística descriptiva, teniendo en cuenta criterios relacionados con la cantidad de oraciones y palabras utilizadas. Los resultados de las pruebas de FE y escritura fueron correlacionados, encontrando correlaciones significativas en flexibilidad cognitiva, planeación e inhibición, aspectos cognitivos que hacen parte de las FE.
dc.description.abstractengThe objective of this research is to describe the correlation between the executive functions (EF) and the writing of deaf students who are users of the Colombian Sign Language (LSC), for this, a descriptive correlational study was designed and a correlational study was evaluated sample of 30 students who are in the last grade of primary school and all grades of high school. The tests applied were: Executive functions (Wisconsin and Tower of London), a vocabulary test (Boston) with which it was sought to measure the proficiency of students in the use of the LSC, in addition an adaptation of the Neuropsi Attention test was carried out. And memory: Logic Memory Encoding. Paragraph 2, in which the participants were shown a video where a linguistic model read Mrs. Garcia's story in LSC and then the participants were asked to write the story they had just seen. For the analysis of the results, descriptive statistics were used, taking into account criteria related to the number of sentences and words used. The results of the EF and writing tests were correlated, finding significant correlations in cognitive flexibility, planning and inhibition, two cognitive aspects that are part of EF.
