dc.description.abstractEste documento analiza la infraestructura para la paz establecida en el Valle del Cauca. Para ello, se exponen una definición y las características de las infraestructuras para la paz a nivel internacional y nacional, mostrando su relación con la construcción de paz. A partir de un análisis documental y revisión de fuentes secundarias se encuentra que, para el caso del Valle del Cauca, existen amplias similitudes con la discusión conceptual acerca de las infraestructuras locales para la paz, y la importancia del fortalecimiento de las capacidades estatales y comunitarias para la construcción local de paz. Por último, la consolidación de la infraestructura para la paz en el Valle del Cauca es crucial para la implementación del Acuerdo Final (2016), la transformación social del conflicto y la convivencia no violenta en el departamento.
dc.description.abstractengThis document analyzes the infrastructure for peace established in Valle del Cauca. We present a definition and the characteristics of the infrastructures for peace at the international and national levels, showing their relationship with peacebuilding. Based on a documentary analysis and review of secondary sources, it is found that, in the case of Valle del Cauca, there are broad similarities with the conceptual discussion about local infrastructures for peace, and the importance of strengthening state and communities for the local peacebuilding. Lastly, the consolidation of the infrastructure for peace in Valle del Cauca is crucial for the implementation of the Final Agreement (2016), the social transformation of the conflict and non-violent coexistence in the department.
