| dc.description.abstract | La Sistematización de la Experiencia: “Fortaleciendo relaciones de cuidado entre cuidadoras y adultos mayores del Hogar San José en Pitalito”, se desarrolló durante agosto del año 2018 a marzo del 2019, por medio de la metodología de Investigación Acción Participativa (IAP) en el Hogar San José, en el Municipio de Pitalito, departamento del Huila. El proyecto se ejecutó en escenarios de asesoría familiar, desde la Teoría General de los Sistemas, donde se identificaron dos ejes importantes, para precisarlos: identificar las lecciones aprendidas entorno al fortalecimiento de las cuidadoras sobre el manejo de su agotamiento frente al cuidado de los adultos mayores y recuperar mediante la co-construcción los elementos de la experiencia significativa, con relación a los aspectos relevantes de la asesoría familiar y la mejora de las condiciones del cuidado, para promover el bienestar de los adultos mayores. Estos, facilitaron la reconstrucción de la experiencia significativa entorno al manejo del agotamiento de la cuidadora del adulto mayor y el bienestar en el cuidado del adulto mayor, donde se puede evidenciar como las cuidadoras comprendieron los cambios en esta etapa del ciclo vital, al igual que el refuerzo de conocimiento permitió una generación de cambios al interior del Hogar. Finalmente se identificaron las lecciones aprendidas entorno al fortalecimiento del manejo del agotamiento de las cuidadoras de los adultos mayores, al igualmente, recuperar los elementos de la experiencia que fueron más significativos para los participantes, desde una perspectiva de derechos humanos. | |
| dc.description.abstracteng | The Systematization of the Experience: "Strengthening care relationships between caregivers and senior citizens of Hogar San José in Pitalito", was developed from August 2018 to March 2019, through the Participatory Action Research (IAP) methodology in the Hogar San José, in the Municipality of Pitalito, department of Huila. The project was executed in family counseling scenarios, from the General Theory of Systems, where two important axes were identified, to clarify them: identify the lessons learned about the strengthening of the caregivers on the management of their exhaustion in front of the care of adults elderly and recover through co-construction the elements of significant experience, in relation to the relevant aspects of family counseling and the improvement of the conditions of care, to promote the well-being of the elderly. These facilitated the reconstruction of the significant experience around the management of the exhaustion of the caregiver of the elderly and the well-being in the care of the elderly, where it can be evidenced how the caregivers understood the changes in this stage of the life cycle, as well as the reinforcement of knowledge allowed a generation of changes within the Home. Finally, the lessons learned about strengthening the management of the exhaustion of caregivers of the elderly were identified, as well as recovering the elements of the experience that were more significant for the participants, from a human rights perspective. | |
