Abstract
Si estás leyendo esto, estás entrando en la mente de una niña, una adolescente y una joven adulta de 24 años. Todas son la misma, pero ninguna es igual a la otra. Puede parecer confuso. Pero, la niña cree tener un superhéroe como padre, pero no sabe que ese superhéroe nunca llega a su rescate. La adolescente se enfrenta a la cruda verdad: por más que anhele su presencia, debe aceptar su ausencia; debe reconocer que ese superhéroe que la niña adoraba nunca existió. Y finalmente, la joven adulta ya no busca un héroe. A diferencia de la adolescente, no quiere seguir cargando con la herida. Quiere soltarla. Quiere sanar. Y quizás ahora te preguntes: ¿sanar de qué? Sanar de la herida de ser hija… sin un padre.

If you are reading this, you are entering the mind of a little girl, a teenager, and a young adult of twenty‑four. They are all the same person, yet none of them is the same as the others. It may seem confusing. But the little girl believes she has a superhero for a father, without knowing that this superhero never comes to her rescue. The teenager faces the harsh truth: no matter how much she longs for his presence, she must accept his absence; she must recognize that the superhero the little girl adored never existed. And finally, the young adult no longer seeks a hero. Unlike the teenager, she does not want to keep carrying the wound. She wants to let it go. She wants to heal. And perhaps now you wonder: heal from what? Heal from the wound of being a daughter… without a father.
