dc.description.abstract	En esta investigación se analizó la influencia que tuvo en los aprendices que participaron en la acción formativa competencia de Ética y Cultura de Paz en el Centro de Electricidad y Automatización Industrial del SENA- Valle, respecto a los saberes de ciudadanía, convivencia y derechos humanos antes y después de ver las temáticas. Se utilizaron instrumentos para la recolección de datos pertenecientes al enfoque cualitativo, organizando la información en dos categorías de análisis: la representación social de sujetos educativos sobre ciudadanía y convivencia y la representación social de sujetos educativos sobre derechos humanos, con una subcategoría trasversal a las dos anteriores, la incidencia de momentos históricos y/o procesos formativos. Los hallazgos indican que sí hay un proceso de transformación y relevancia hacia las temáticas planteadas con actitudes y conocimientos que demuestran la importancia de estudiar la ciudadanía, los hábitos de convivencia y la relación existente con los derechos humanos. Así mismo, se estableció que, si bien esta no es una cuestión actual, se identifica que en nuestro tiempo la apuesta debe ser perseverante, ya que hay mucha información que circula por medios de masas convencionales y alternativos que enfocan la transcendencia de las miradas de aprendices y población en general en un estado casi de inconciencia colectiva, las representaciones sociales que se han construido a partir de los lenguajes, las interacciones sociales, el intercambio de símbolos, imágenes, estereotipos, participaciones en sus espacios inmediatos y la transformación en la búsqueda y acceso de la información y el conocimiento.
dc.description.abstracteng	This research This research analyzed the influence it had on the apprentices who participated in the training action of the Ethics and Culture of Peace competition at the Center for Electricity and Industrial Automation of SENA-Valle, regarding the knowledge of citizenship, coexistence and human rights before and after seeing the themes. Instruments were used to collect data belonging to the qualitative approach, organizing the information into two categories of analysis: the social representation of educational subjects on citizenship and coexistence and the social representation of educational subjects on human rights, with a subcategory transversal to the two. previous ones, the incidence of historical moments and/or training processes. The findings indicate that there is a process of transformation and relevance towards the issues raised with attitudes and knowledge that demonstrate the importance of studying citizenship, coexistence habits and the existing relationship with human rights. Likewise, it is confirmed that, although this is not a current issue, it is identified that in our time the commitment must be persevering, since there is a lot of information that circulates through conventional and alternative mass media that focus on the transcendence of the views of learners and the general population in a state almost of collective unconsciousness, the social representations that have been built from languages, social interactions, the exchange of symbols, images, stereotypes, participation in their immediate spaces and the transformation in the search . and access to information and knowledge.
