dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo aborda las trayectorias de vida de mujeres que experimentaron la maternidad durante la adolescencia, un fenómeno que afecta a millones de mujeres en todo el mundo, con importantes implicaciones socioculturales. Se destacan estadísticas globales y regionales, particularmente en América Latina y el Caribe, donde se registra una alta tasa de embarazos adolescentes. También se analizan los factores socioeconómicos, culturales y educativos que influyen en esta problemática, así como las consecuencias para la salud física y mental de las madres adolescentes y sus hijos. A través de un enfoque psicosocial, la investigación busca comprender cómo estas mujeres han adaptado sus vidas y cuáles son los factores de protección que han influido en su desarrollo.
dc.description.abstractengThe following work addresses the life trajectories of women who experienced motherhood during adolescence, a phenomenon that affects millions of women worldwide, with significant sociocultural implications. It highlights global and regional statistics, particularly in Latin America and the Caribbean, where there is a high rate of adolescent pregnancies. The socioeconomic, cultural, and educational factors influencing this issue are also analyzed, as well as the physical and mental health consequences for adolescent mothers and their children. Through a psychosocial approach, the research seeks to understand how these women have adapted their lives and what protective factors have influenced their development.
