dc.description.abstractLa IVE como derecho sexual y reproductivo de la mujer impone a todos los gobiernos del mundo un replanteamiento sobre las políticas públicas que se deben efectuar. El estudio abordado busca mediante la revisión del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos y su normatividad frente a los Derechos Sexuales y Reproductivos una justificación para implementar mediante la teoría de los trasplantes jurídicos, una transferencia normativa de la legislación uruguaya frente a la IVE a Colombia, teniendo en cuenta que el primero se ha convertido en una referencia en esta materia debido a su pronta y efectiva regulación.
dc.description.abstractengThe Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy as a woman's sexual and reproductive right imposes on all the governments of the world a rethinking of the public policies to be implemented. This study seeks, through the review of the Inter-American Human Rights System and its regulations regarding Sexual and Reproductive Rights, a justification to implement, through the theory of legal transplants, a normative transfer of the Uruguayan legislation regarding abortion to Colombia, taking into account that the former has become a reference in this matter due to its prompt and effective regulation.
