Abstract
Este trabajo de Consultoría tiene por objeto el diseño de un modelo de fortalecimiento empresarial para Entidades sin Ánimo de Lucro (de ahora en adelante ESAL), enfocadas en generar desarrollo para la población afrodescendiente de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali. Por consiguiente, se busca la identificación de información pertinente acerca de las actividades que desarrollan estas organizaciones y de las posibles dificultades que limitan su funcionamiento; en segunda instancia, se analizan los aspectos más importantes de las herramientas administrativas a utilizar en un modelo de fortalecimiento empresarial para las ESAL del sector; y, por último, se presenta el modelo de fortalecimiento propuesto para mejorar su posicionamiento en los sectores de los que hacen parte.

This consultancy work aims to design a business strengthening model for Non-Profit Organizations (hereinafter NPOs) focused on generating development for the Afro-descendant population of the city of Santiago de Cali. Therefore, it seeks to identify relevant information about the activities these organizations undertake and the possible challenges that limit their functioning; secondly, it analyzes the most important aspects of the administrative tools to be used in a business strengthening model for the sector's NPOs; and finally, it presents the proposed strengthening model to improve their positioning in the sectors they belong to.
