dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente estudio es comprender los aportes de la filosofía de la mente a la creación de una cultura de la legalidad desde el concepto de la obediencia. La investigación se realizó con un enfoque cualitativo-hermenéutico que comprendió la revisión de las obras de Hilary Putnam, Jerry Fodor, David Davidson y Joseph Raz, en busca de abrir camino desde la filosofía a una nueva forma de interpretar el rol del legislador. Como resultado del análisis hermenéutico se concluyó que la creación de normas jurídicas exige un razonamiento del legislador desde la teoría de la mente, que comprenda la convivencia dada en un entramado social, lo que supone una evolución en la construcción de la cultura de la legalidad desde el abordaje de la obediencia.
dc.description.abstractengThis study aims to understand the contributions of the philosophy of mind to the creation of a culture of legality from the concept of obedience. The research was carried out with a qualitative-hermeneutical approach that included the review of the works of Hilary Putnam, Jerry Fodor, David Davidson, and Joseph Raz, in search of opening the way from philosophy to a new way of interpreting the role of the legislator. As a result of the hermeneutic analysis, it was concluded that the creation of legal norms requires reasoning from the legislator from the theory of mind, which includes the coexistence given in a social framework, which implies an evolution in the construction of the culture of legality from the obedience approach.
