dc.description.abstractCaracterizar las condiciones de trabajo y el bienestar laboral general de teletrabajadores radicados en Colombia. Método. enfoque cualitativo con diseño fenomenológico La muestra seleccionada mediante el método de bola de nieve estuvo compuesta por diez teletrabajadores, de los cuales 9 pertenecían a organizaciones internacionales. La obtención de información fue mediante una entrevista semiestructurada. Resultados. Los resultados mostraron que los participantes reconocen de la falta de condiciones laborales adecuadas tales como implementos de trabajo, espacio de trabajo, falta de gestión de límites y sobrecarga laboral por temporadas, y su relación con el bienestar psicosocial. Conclusiones. Se concluyó que los participantes, pese a no tener las condiciones laborales óptimas, tienen una perspectiva positiva del teletrabajo producto de la flexibilidad y beneficios monetarios que esta brinda. Adicionalmente, se observó gran presencia de efectos colaterales producto de las condiciones laborales.spa
dc.description.abstractObjective. Characterize the working conditions and general work well-being of teleworkers from national and international companies based in Colombia. Method. qualitative approach with phenomenological design. The sample selected through the snowball method was made up of ten teleworkers, of which 9 belonged to international organizations. Information was obtained through a semi-structured interview. Results. The results showed that the participants highlight the lack of adequate working conditions and its relationship with psychosocial well-being. Conclusions. It was concluded that the participants, despite not having optimal working conditions, have a positive perspective on teleworking as a result of the flexibility and monetary benefits it provides. Additionally, a large presence of collateral effects resulting from working conditions was observed.eng
