dc.description.abstract	El proyecto analiza las fobias sociales en estudiantes de la Javeriana Cali y cómo el diseño de comunicación visual puede comunicar esta problemática de forma empática y orientar hacia el Centro de Bienestar; identifica la poca conciencia existente y la ausencia de materiales visuales que informen sobre el apoyo disponible, y propone crear recursos que reduzcan el estigma y faciliten la comprensión y gestión de la fobia social, promoviendo así una participación estudiantil más plena dentro de la vida universitaria. Situación abordada: El producto consiste en ubicar piezas interactivas en la universidad que ofrezcan guías de relajación y orienten a la comunidad en situaciones de crisis mediante señalética clara. Estas piezas brindarán técnicas de respiración y visualización, facilitarán el acceso a recursos de apoyo y explicarán cómo contactar al Centro de Bienestar. Además, integrarán información del programa de Universidad Inclusiva para apoyar a estudiantes, especialmente neojaverianos, que enfrenten fobias sociales o necesiten asistir a un compañero. También se complementarán con folletos que refuercen el acceso a acompañamiento emocional.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The project analyzes social phobias among students at Javeriana Cali and explores how visual communication design can communicate this issue empathetically while guiding them toward the Wellness Center. It identifies the limited awareness that currently exists and the lack of visual materials informing students about available support, and proposes creating resources that reduce stigma and facilitate the understanding and management of social phobia, thus promoting fuller student participation in university life. Addressed situation The product consists of placing interactive pieces around the university that offer relaxation guides and provide direction in crisis situations through clear signage. These pieces will offer breathing and visualization techniques, facilitate access to support resources and explain how to contact the Wellness Center. They will also incorporate information from the Inclusive University program to support students—especially newcomers—who face social phobias or need to assist a peer. Additionally, the proposal is complemented by brochures that reinforce access to emotional support.	eng
