dc.description.abstractEl proyecto presenta un plan de negocio orientado a la creación de una empresa de agroecoturismo en los municipios de Puracé y Patía, ubicados en el Macizo Colombiano. La propuesta busca ofrecer experiencias que integren el contacto directo con la naturaleza, las prácticas tradicionales agrícolas, pecuarias y piscícolas, y las manifestaciones culturales de las comunidades locales. Para ello, se fundamenta en el trabajo conjunto con asociaciones campesinas, con el fin de fortalecer su economía, diversificar sus fuentes de ingreso y promover iniciativas productivas sostenibles en el marco del posacuerdo y los territorios de convivencia y paz. El plan analiza la viabilidad económica, social, ambiental y administrativa del proyecto, incluyendo diagnóstico sectorial, estudio de mercado, diseño organizacional, estructura operativa y evaluación financiera. Asimismo, resalta el potencial natural y cultural del departamento del Cauca y propone rutas agroecológicas como estrategia para dinamizar el turismo regional. De esta manera, el proyecto aporta al desarrollo sostenible de la zona y a la valorización del patrimonio natural y cultural de las comunidades rurales de Puracé y Patía.spa
dc.description.abstractThis project presents a business plan aimed at creating an agroecotourism company in the municipalities of Puracé and Patía, located in the Colombian Massif. The proposal seeks to offer experiences that integrate direct contact with nature, traditional agricultural, livestock and fish‑farming practices, and the cultural expressions of local communities. To achieve this, it relies on collaboration with farmers’ associations to strengthen the local economy, diversify income sources, and promote sustainable productive initiatives within the framework of the post‑agreement context and the development of territories of coexistence and peace. The plan analyzes the economic, social, environmental, and administrative feasibility of the project, including sector diagnostics, market research, organizational design, operational structure, and financial evaluation. It also highlights the natural and cultural potential of the department of Cauca and proposes agro‑ecological routes as a strategy to stimulate regional tourism. In doing so, the project contributes to the sustainable development of the area and to the appreciation of the natural and cultural heritage of the rural communities of Puracé and Patía.eng
