Abstract
Explora, Siente y Expresa tus Emociones es un proyecto enfocado en abordar la represión emocional en estudiantes de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali. A través del kit Mindkit, compuesto por un diario, cartas con retos, frases motivacionales y una caja de colores, se busca facilitar el autoconocimiento y la expresión emocional de manera segura durante 30 días. Este sistema promueve la reflexión, la acción y el fortalecimiento emocional, ayudando a los estudiantes a identificar patrones y gestionar sus emociones de forma autónoma. La estrategia de lanzamiento incluye herramientas interactivas para conectar con los usuarios.
