dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de grado tiene como objeto estudiar el desempeño en los proyectos de construcción de vivienda, mediante la evaluación de la variación entre la planeación y la ejecución, desarrollados en el suroccidente de Colombia, por una de las 10 Constructoras de vivienda más grande en nuestro país. *Ranking de empresas 2018 Superintendencia de Sociedades. Este se lleva a cabo con el desarrollo de un Estudio de Caso. Se ofrece un contexto general al negocio, desde la actividad de la construcción dimensionando su aporte a la economía mundial, luego Latinoamérica, del país; la importancia en la generación de empleo tanto directos como indirectos y como dinamizadora de la economía. Se hace una presentación del Grupo Bolívar que es un grupo empresarial del que hace parte Constructora Bolívar Cali, en esta se recolectará información y datos de los proyectos seleccionados como unidades de análisis. Posteriormente se analiza la información de los proyectos para generar las variables a evaluar, presentándolas por tipo de proyecto los cuales tienen características propias y comunes. Generalmente se cuenta con proyectos individuales que asociados pueden pertenecer a macroproyectos o proyectos múltiples, según su ubicación, tipo de servicios e infraestructura que compartan. Al final se elabora un reporte con los resultados obtenidos, identificando los causales en estas variaciones que pueden ser positivas o negativas, comparándolos entre sí y/o haciendo cruces múltiples si es del caso, de los cuales se obtienen unas recomendaciones y conclusiones.
dc.description.abstractengThe purpose of the degree work is to study the performance in housing construction projects, by evaluating the variation between planning and execution, developed in the southwest of Colombia, by one of the 10 largest housing construction companies in our country. country. * Ranking of companies 2018 Superintendency of Companies. This is carried out with the development of a Case Study. A general context is offered to the business, from the construction activity dimensioning its contribution to the world economy, then Latin America, of the country; the importance in generating both direct and indirect employment and as a dynamizer of the economy. A presentation is made of Grupo Bolívar, which is a business group of which Constructora Bolívar Cali is part, in which information and data from the projects selected as units of analysis will be collected. Subsequently, the information of the projects is analyzed to generate the variables to be evaluated, presenting them by type of project which have their own and common characteristics. Generally, there are individual projects that associated may belong to macro-projects or multiple projects, depending on their location, type of services and shared infrastructure. At the end, a report is prepared with the results obtained, identifying the causes in these variations that can be positive or negative, comparing them with each other and / or making multiple crosses if necessary, from which recommendations and conclusions are obtained.
