dc.description.abstractEl siguiente artículo analiza la relación jurídica entre la competencia generada por las economías colaborativas y la concurrencia al mercado de agentes contraviniendo normas jurídicas. El propósito del texto es confrontar el régimen de competencia desleal y el mercado de economía colaborativa desde una perspectiva de intervención del Estado, en relación con el servicio de transporte terrestre individual de pasajeros en Colombia.
dc.description.abstractengThis article analyzes the legal relationship between collaborative economy and unfair competition, in order to derive an assessment of their relationship and identify the cause of the difficulties caused by the regulation of unfair competition to achieve a full development of collaborative economies as a rising reality in the market. This, allows to reconcile alternative solutions to the aforementioned problem, in which guarantees are achieved for the coexistence of the aforementioned institutes.
