Abstract
En el municipio de Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, específicamente en dirección al oriente, en la localidad de Monte Alegre, se presenta el requerimiento de una infraestructura vial que genere conectividad entre la futura zona residencial y sus respectivas zonas productoras aledañas. Mediante la normativa competente, que ampara los parámetros de diseño de esta estructura en su funcionalidad y en su estética, el Instituto Nacional de Vías (INVIAS), se busca crear un corredor vial competente que siga los puntos de acceso para la productividad de la comunidad. El proyecto busca crear los tramos de vía que conectan puntos establecidos en el predio, para cumplir con los requisitos demandados por las actividades de la población que use esta infraestructura, y garantizar la correcta duración y funcionalidad de esta junto a sus elementos complementarios, fundamentales para su uso y desarrollo. Se reconoce la importancia de garantizar la movilidad para esta floreciente comunidad que busca dinamizar las actividades socio económicas en esta apartada localidad. El enfoque técnico busca solventar cualquier problemática posible ante los requerimientos de la comunidad y fortalecer los alcances de la red vial terciaria para enfrentar futuras disputas, brindando accesos seguros y eficientes para el transporte del capital humano, insumos, productos y bienestar a zonas apartadas del territorio colombiano.

In the municipality of Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, specifically towards the east in the locality of Monte Alegre, there is a need for a road infrastructure that will create connectivity between the future residential area and its adjacent production zones. Under the relevant regulations, which support the design parameters of this structure in terms of functionality and aesthetics, the National Institute of Roads (INVIAS) aims to establish a competent road corridor that follows the access points critical to the community's productivity. The project seeks to create road sections that connect established points within the property, to meet the requirements demanded by the activities of the population that will use this infrastructure, and to ensure the proper durability and functionality of the infrastructure along with its complementary elements, which are fundamental for its use and development. The importance of ensuring mobility for this emerging community, which seeks to boost socioeconomic activities in this remote locality, is acknowledged. The technical approach aims to address any potential issues according to the community's needs and to strengthen the reach of the tertiary road network to address future challenges, providing safe and efficient access for the transportation of human capital, supplies, products, and well-being to remote areas of the Colombian territory.
