dc.description.abstractLos Ranchos S.A.S se dedica a la fabricación y venta de alimentos balanceados para ganado bovino y equino buscando mejorar la producción, calidad de leche, fertilidad y salubridad de los animales utilizando materias primas de origen 100% vegetal. Actualmente, la empresa enfrenta la problemática de que no se les atribuyen los costos a los diferentes procesos desarrollados por la compañía y sus propietarios son conscientes de la necesidad que tienen de implementarlo, pues no tenerlo implica un limitante para el crecimiento de la misma. Además, el hecho de no tener claro cuáles son los costos en los que incurre la empresa para su funcionamiento y producción, impiden que los propietarios puedan tomar decisiones que le permitan a la compañía ser más competitiva en el mercado. Este proyecto presenta un diseño de costos para la empresa Los Ranchos S.A.S, que buscará abordar la oportunidad de mejora que tiene la empresa con el fin de permitir a la administración de la compañía analizada determinar de manera real los costos incurridos para llevar a cabo su actividad económica. Lo anterior, con el fin de tomar decisiones acertadas obteniendo beneficios a futuro para competir y potencializar el crecimiento de la compañía.
dc.description.abstractengLos Ranchos S.A.S is dedicated to the manufacture and sale of balanced feed for cattle and horses seeking to improve production, milk quality, fertility and health of animals using raw materials of 100% vegetable origin. Currently, the company faces the problem that costs are not attributed to the different processes developed by the company, and its owners are aware of the need to implement it, since not having it implies a limitation for its growth. In addition, the fact of not being clear about the costs incurred by the company for its operation and production, prevents the owners from making decisions that allow the company to be more competitive in the market. This project presents a cost design for the company Los Ranchos S.A.S, which will seek to address the opportunity for improvement that the company has in order to allow the administration of the analyzed company to determine in a real way the costs incurred to carry out its activity. in order to make the right decisions, obtaining benefits in the future to compete and enhance the growth of the company.
