Abstract
A través de este trabajo de grado se buscó comprender la relación entre las dinámicas contextuales y los recursos individuales en el relato de trayectorias sobre la empleabilidad de población transgénero. Esto por medio de analizar las dinámicas contextuales que restringen o facilitan la inserción de la población transgénero en los mercados de trabajo; Identificar los recursos acreditables, relacionales y psicológicos, que facilitan o limitan la movilidad de la población transgénero; y por último, analizar a través de las trayectorias, las relaciones entre dinámicas contextuales y recursos individuales. Todo esto con el fin de comprender la multidimensionalidad desde la cual se dan las relaciones entre contextos y recursos. Se llevo a cabo por medio de 6 entrevistas semiestructuradas, 3 hombres y 3 mujeres transgénero. Para entender las trayectorias se llevó a cabo un análisis de línea narrativa, en los cuales los principales hallazgos es que la empleabilidad debe ser vista desde una mirada multidimensional y que aún existe una diferencia significativa en la inserción, permanencia y movilidad en los mercados de trabajo entre hombres y mujeres transgénero.

This thesis aimed to understand the relationship between contextual dynamics and individual resources in the narratives of employability trajectories of the transgender population. This was achieved by analyzing the contextual dynamics that restrict or facilitate the integration of the transgender population into labor markets; identifying the accreditable, relational, and psychological resources that facilitate or limit the mobility of the transgender population; and finally, analyzing, through the trajectories, the relationships between contextual dynamics and individual resources. All this with the aim of understanding the multidimensionality in which the relationships between contexts and resources occur. It was carried out through 6 semi-structured interviews, 3 transgender men and 3 transgender women. To understand the trajectories, a narrative line analysis was conducted. The main findings are that employability must be viewed from a multidimensional perspective and that there still exists a significant difference in the integration, permanence, and mobility in labor markets between transgender men and women.
