Abstract
Moot court, donde los apoderados de HOLDING M&B S.A. interponen una demanda arbitral contra HOLDING DÁVILA VÉLEZ & CIA S. en C., ELECTROTECH S.A. y MAGRAVI S.A.S. La demanda surge de un conflicto relacionado con la ejecución e interpretación de un contrato de compraventa de acciones. Los principales temas abordados incluyen el reajuste del precio de las acciones debido a la alteración del orden público y la posible resolución del contrato por incumplimientos o imposibilidad de desarrollo.
