dc.description.abstractMoot court, donde los apoderados de HOLDING M&B S.A. interponen una demanda arbitral contra HOLDING DÁVILA VÉLEZ & CIA S. en C., ELECTROTECH S.A. y MAGRAVI S.A.S. La demanda surge de un conflicto relacionado con la ejecución e interpretación de un contrato de compraventa de acciones. Los principales temas abordados incluyen el reajuste del precio de las acciones debido a la alteración del orden público y la posible resolución del contrato por incumplimientos o imposibilidad de desarrollo. El caso se fundamenta en pruebas legales y doctrinales, aplicando principios del derecho comparado y jurisprudencia de altas cortes, para buscar una resolución justa y equitativa del conflicto comercial.

The claim arises from a conflict related to the execution and interpretation of a share purchase agreement. The main topics addressed include the price adjustment of shares due to public order disruptions and the potential termination of the agreement due to breaches or the impossibility of continuing its development. The case is based on legal and doctrinal evidence, applying principles of comparative law and high court jurisprudence, to seek a fair and equitable resolution of the commercial dispute.
