Abstract
El caso hipotético presentado ante el Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Cali involucra una demanda arbitral de Holding M&B S.A. contra Holding Dávila Vélez & Cía S en C., Electrotech S.A., y Magravi S.A.S. debido a conflictos surgidos en la ejecución de un contrato de compraventa de acciones de Douro Construcciones S.A.S. Holding M&B S.A. alega que hubo modificaciones sustanciales en las condiciones económicas del contrato, derivadas de hallazgos del Due Diligence y eventos imprevistos, como conflictos sociales en Cali que afectaron las operaciones de Douro, y solicita la resolución del contrato, ajustes de precio, y compensaciones económicas.
