Abstract
El presente proyecto pretende generar un plan de recuperación infraestructural del Colegio José Antonio Aguilera en el Municipio de San Pedro Valle con el objetivo de revitalizar la infraestructura como el espacio público colindante mediante un diseño bioclimático. En primera instancia se priorizará el deterioro significativo de las instalaciones debido a su estado crítico y así evitar que las familias se vean obligadas a buscar alternativas educativas lejos de su comunidad.
Se pretende analizar, diseñar e implementar estrategias arquitectónicas especificas integrando a la comunidad para garantizar soluciones inclusivas, además se hará uso de tecnologías bioclimáticas adaptables a su entorno, optimizando los recursos naturales y el uso de materiales locales. Permitiendo así generar un entorno educativo y comunitario funcional, fomentando la interacción social, el sentido de pertenencia y mejorando la calidad de vida. Se espera que este proyecto sirva como modelo piloto para la recuperación de otros colegios con problemas similares en la región.

The present project aims to develop an infrastructural recovery plan for the José Antonio Aguilera School in the Municipality of San Pedro, Valle, with the objective of revitalizing both the infrastructure and the adjoining public space through bioclimatic design. Initially, priority will be given to addressing the significant deterioration of the facilities due to their critical condition, in order to prevent families from being forced to seek educational alternatives far from their community.
The project seeks to analyze, design, and implement specific architectural strategies by integrating the community to ensure inclusive solutions. Additionally, adaptable bioclimatic technologies suited to the local environment will be employed, optimizing natural resources and the use of local materials. This approach will create a functional educational and community environment, fostering social interaction, a sense of belonging, and improving the quality of life. This project is expected to serve as a pilot model for the recovery of other schools facing similar challenges in the region.
