dc.description.abstractHace 10 años surgió LA EMPRESA debido a la necesidad que tenían los niños y adolescentes de la familia Rojas de ocupar el tiempo libre en actividades extracurriculares que brindaran entretenimiento, ayudaran a explorar los talentos, creatividad, y el desarrollo de habilidades para la vida adulta. En respuesta a dicha necesidad la familia organizó actividades lúdico- pedagógicas para sus niños y algunos hijos de amigos, pero estas no se volvieron a realizar desde hace cinco años. Ahora LA EMPRESA decidió reactivar la iniciativa para llegar a más niños y adolescentes. Es aquí donde se presenta una oportunidad para diseñar el proceso de prestación del servicio de actividades lúdico-pedagógicas. Vale la pena abordar esta temática ya que durante la adolescencia se forma la identidad propia, por medio de estas experiencias se logra formar a nivel personal, un nivel de desarrollo y compromiso hacia sus responsabilidades. En familias que tienen condición de precariedad y deben trabajar horas extenuantes para poder conseguir el sustento, se pierde el tiempo de calidad, causando así que se debilite el dialogo y la conexión con sus hijos, generando consecuencias como trastornos psicológicos, problemas sociales, falta de afectividad, y formas de control. El proyecto se llevará a cabo mediante el diseño de la propuesta de la cadena de valor empleando VSM y planeación operativa de procesos, dicha propuesta se validará empleando un mínimo servicio viable y se determinará la viabilidad financiera analizando sus costos y el margen bruto que genera. Con los pasos anteriores se espera tener una cadena de valor escalable capaz de cumplir los requisitos de los grupos de interés, y mejoran la educación de los participantes.
dc.description.abstractengTHE COMPANY was created 10 years ago due to the need of the Rojas family's children and teenagers to spend their free time in extracurricular activities that would provide entertainment, help them explore their talents, creativity, and the development of skills for adult life. In response to this need, the family organized recreational and educational activities for their children and some of their friends' children, but these activities have not been held for the last five years. Now THE COMPANY decided to reactivate the initiative to reach more children and adolescents. It is here where an opportunity occurs to design the process of providing the service of recreational-pedagogical activities. It is worthwhile to address this issue because during adolescence the identity is formed, through these experiences is achieved at a personal level, a level of development and commitment to their responsibilities. In families that have precarious conditions and must work exhausting hours to earn a living, quality time is lost, thus causing a weakening of the dialogue and connection with their children, generating consequences such as psychological disorders, social problems, lack of affectivity and forms of control. The project will be carried out through the design of the proposal of the value chain using VSM and operational planning of processes, this proposal will be validated using a minimum viable service and the financial viability will be determined by analyzing its costs and the gross margin it generates. With the above steps it is expected to have a scalable value chain capable of meeting the requirements of the stakeholders and improve the education of the participants.
