Abstract
Libro de producción del cortometraje experimental Muchas, muchas gracias, el objetivo fue explorar y presentar la historia de la migración de la familia Van Kan a Buenaventura, Colombia, así como registrar su proceso de adaptación cultural y la conformación de su identidad colectiva. A través de la memoria y el relato se construye una mitología familiar que impacta en lo social y lo cultural desde el recuerdo, generando un precedente de migración que pone en discusión la conformación de la familia mestiza.

Production book of the experimental short film Muchas, muchas gracias. The objective was to explore and present the migration story of the Van Kan family to Buenaventura, Colombia, as well as to document their process of cultural adaptation and the formation of their collective identity. Through memory and storytelling, a family mythology is constructed—one that impacts the social and cultural spheres through remembrance, creating a migratory precedent that brings into discussion the formation of the mestizo family.
