Abstract
La melancolía es una condición del ser humano que otorga en su experiencia una bidimensionalidad compleja que oscila entre la oscuridad y la luz, entre la locura y la creación. Esta obra es un viaje íntimo de la artista que péndula con el encuentro entre la fea y la bella melancolía, entre la melancolía como expresión humana, histórica y colectiva y como expresión singular y concreta. Compuesta por tres partes, va de lo inasible, de lo innombrable y abstracto a lo comprensible, a la admisión de la palabra y el significante de la experiencia. Propone una apuesta desafiante: acompañar y verla directo a los ojos, porque en este viaje no hay ficción, es el resultado de la vivencia de años de tránsito de introspección, en el que el arte se convirtió en catalizante y drenador del cuerpo y la mente melancólicos, hasta llegar a un manifiesto de vida.

Melancholy is a condition of the human being that grants in its experience a complex two-dimensionality that oscillates between darkness and light, between madness and creation. This work is an intimate journey of the artist that swings with the encounter between ugly and beautiful melancholy, between melancholy as a human, historical and collective expression and as a singular and concrete expression. Composed of three parts, it goes from the ungraspable, from the unnameable and abstract to the comprehensible, to the admission of the word and the meaning of experience. It proposes a challenging bet: to accompany and look it straight in the eyes, because in this journey there is no fiction, it is the result of the experience of years of introspection, in which art became a catalyst and drainer of the melancholic body and mind, until reaching a manifesto of life.
