dc.description.abstractLa humanidad se ve en la necesidad de reconocer la existencia de diferentes sociedades, comprendiendo y respetando su cultura, su doctrina y su manera de vivir. Esto lo lleva a interactuar eminentemente con los demás, permitiéndole crear lazos de afecto, amistad o negocios. Sin duda, el turismo es el principal factor que permite esta interacción. Es así, como se permite abordar esta situación desde el continuo tecnológico, denominándose turismo inteligente y computación cultural. De este modo, en esta investigación se implementó una aplicación para dispositivos móviles que enriquece la visita de locales y extranjeros al barrio San Antonio de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali, Colombia usando conceptos como la realidad aumentada, el procesamiento del lenguaje natural y técnicas como speech-to-text, text-to-speech, skeletal animation y blend shapes. El objetivo principal es guiar e informar acerca del barrio con el fin de reconocerlo como un lugar patrimonial.
dc.description.abstractengHumans needs to recognize the existence of different societies, understanding and respecting their culture, doctrine and way of life. This leads them to interact eminently with others, creating bonds of affection, friendship or business. Undoubtedly, tourism is the main factor that allows this interaction. That being said, this situation can be approached from the technological continuum, calling it intelligent tourism and cultural computing. In order to reach that, in this research were implemented an application for mobile devices to enrich the visit of locals and foreigners to the San Antonio neighborhood in the city of Santiago de Cali, Colombia using concepts such as augmented reality, natural language processing and techniques such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, skeletal animation and blend shapes. The main objective is to guide and inform about the neighborhood in order to recognize it as a heritage site.
