dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto propone el diseño de un centro de eventos de gran escala en el sur de la ciudad de Cali, con el objetivo principal de solucionar la falencia de escenarios de carácter público y masivo en este sector de la ciudad, ofreciéndole a distintos sectores empresariales, comerciales o turísticos un espacio donde llevar a cabo eventos de talla internacional. El proyecto logra identificar, las necesidades actuales tanto de la región como del sector, teniendo en cuenta el difícil acceso por parte de los habitantes de este sector de la ciudad a este tipo de escenarios y la clara intención de potenciar a la región como punto de encuentro de eventos masivos a nivel internacional. Se tendrán en cuenta en el diseño del proyecto aspectos claves como requerimientos técnicos y arquitectónicos, estrategias bioclimáticas y la relación directa de los espacios con la naturaleza y la biodiversidad del entorno.
dc.description.abstracteng	This project proposes the design of a large-scale event center in the southern area of Cali, with the primary objective of addressing the lack of public and massive venues in this part of the city. It aims to provide various business, commercial, and tourism sectors with a space to host international-scale events. The project successfully identifies the current needs of both the region and the sector, considering the limited access that residents of this area have to such venues and the clear intention to position the region as an international hub for large-scale events. Key aspects will be considered in the project's design, such as technical and architectural requirements, bioclimatic strategies, and the direct integration of spaces with the surrounding nature and biodiversity.
