dc.description.abstractEl proyecto Por amor a mí busca mejorar la calidad de vida de los docentes de la Facultad de Creación y Hábitat de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali, promoviendo así, su salud física y mental a través de un kit de bienestar diseñado específicamente para responder a sus necesidades. En este kit se encontrarán elementos tales como un journal para la reflexión semanal, dos cajas de té para promover momentos de calma, una vela aromática para la relajación, y cartas con retos interactivos que fomentan el autocuidado. El proyecto se fundamenta en la identificación de factores psicosociales que afectan a los docentes, como el estrés laboral y la falta de equilibrio entre trabajo y vida personal. A través de un diseño visual atractivo e interactivo, Por amor a mí ofrece herramientas prácticas que permiten a los docentes gestionar mejor su bienestar, fortaleciendo su desarrollo integral en el entorno académico.spa
dc.description.abstractThe project Por amor a mí aims to improve the quality of life of the faculty members at the School of Creation and Habitat of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali, promoting their physical and mental health through a wellness kit specifically designed to meet their needs. This kit includes items such as a journal for weekly reflection, two boxes of tea to encourage moments of calm, an aromatic candle for relaxation, and cards with interactive challenges that foster self-care. The project is based on the identification of psychosocial factors that affect faculty members, such as work-related stress and lack of work-life balance.
