Abstract
Las frutas son alimentos que ofrecen una amplia diversidad en términos de propiedades nutricionales, formas, colores, sabores, texturas y
resistencias. En el contexto de la empresa en estudio, se presenta una valiosa oportunidad para maximizar la utilización de las donaciones de
frutas que recibe. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha, no se han implementado cambios en los procesos que han estado en uso durante un extenso
período de tiempo. Esta falta de actualización limita la eficiencia en la gestión de la fruta, tanto dentro de la entidad como en su distribución
hacia las fundaciones benflexibilidad en cuanto a los destinos que pueden asignarse al nuevo producto resultante de la transformación de la fruta. En última instancia,
esta investigación aspira a impulsar un cambio significativo en los procedimientos existentes con el fin de maximizar el valor y los beneficios
derivados de las donaciones frutales, en aras de mejorar sustancialmente la administración de estos valiosos recursos.
