Abstract
La presente tesis analiza el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje como un fenómeno dinámico que se desarrolla en el marco de la relación maestro–alumno, considerando los distintos elementos que influyen en su eficacia. El estudio profundiza en los conceptos de medio y mediación dentro del proceso educativo, destacando el papel del docente como puente mediador entre el estudiante y el conocimiento, así como su función orientadora de los intereses del alumno. A partir de una reflexión sobre la calidad de la relación profesor–estudiante y los modelos de aprendizaje mediados por la comunicación, se examinan diversos ambientes de aprendizaje y su incidencia en la experiencia educativa. Finalmente, el trabajo propone estrategias orientadas a la creación de ambientes óptimos para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, con el propósito de contribuir a la mejora del desempeño docente y a la transformación del sistema educativo.

This thesis analyzes the teaching–learning process as a dynamic phenomenon that develops within the teacher–student relationship, considering the various elements that influence its effectiveness. The study examines in depth the concepts of medium and mediation within the educational process, highlighting the role of the teacher as a mediating bridge between the student and knowledge, as well as the teacher’s function in guiding students’ interests. Based on a reflection on the quality of the teacher–student relationship and communication-mediated learning models, the study explores different learning environments and their impact on the educational experience. Finally, the thesis proposes strategies aimed at creating optimal learning environments for the teaching–learning process, with the purpose of contributing to the improvement of teaching performance and the transformation of the educational system.
