Abstract
La experiencia corpórea como camino de ascesis, como lugar de encuentro y reconocimiento de “lo propio”. Desde que nacemos, los afectos y las estructuras sociales van moldeando, componiendo y descomponiendo nuestra forma de ocupar un lugar, incluso antes de que podamos reconocernos. Incorporamos hábitos y formas que asumimos sin cuestionar, que aprendemos por imitación o imposición, construyendo modos automáticos de habitar el cuerpo y el mundo que nos rodea. A su vez vamos reconociendo un campo emotivo y sensorial que pareciera nos diera pistas de nuestras propias posibilidades. En ese recorrido, las manos aparecen como primeras guías: dos puertas que abren al mundo y conducen al cuerpo. Un cuerpo lleno de memorias y lugares que piden ser escuchados, creados y refundados. Un proceso silencioso que va revelando siempre una capacidad mayor en diferenciar lo que nos potencia o nos limita. En ese sentido, habitar el cuerpo exige presencia, y la presencia trae consigo una conciencia profunda de sí y del entorno. Es esa conciencia la que nos permite explorar la elasticidad, las formas, los colores y las intensidades; transformándonos al mismo tiempo en que transformamos el espacio que nos habita. Este proceso no busca llegar a una forma final ni a una verdad inmutable. Es una invitación a explorar, escuchar y ser desde lo más profundo y anhelado. Una conversación sobre los afectos, la incompletud y las posibilidades que propone mirar el cuerpo como pregunta.

The corporeal experience as a path of ascension, as a place of encounter and recognition of what is “one’s own.” From the moment we are born, affections and social structures begin shaping, composing, and decomposing the ways in which we occupy a place, even before we are able to recognize ourselves. We internalize habits and forms that we assume without questioning, learned through imitation or imposition, building automatic ways of inhabiting the body and the world around us. At the same time, we begin to recognize an emotional and sensory field that seems to offer clues about our own possibilities. Along this journey, the hands appear as the first guides: two doors that open to the world and lead back to the body. A body full of memories and places that ask to be heard, created, and re-founded. A silent process that continually reveals a growing ability to distinguish what empowers us from what limits us. In this sense, inhabiting the body requires presence, and presence carries with it a deep awareness of oneself and one’s surroundings. It is that awareness that allows us to explore elasticity, shapes, colors, and intensities—transforming ourselves at the same time that we transform the space that inhabits us. This process does not seek to reach a final form or an immutable truth. It is an invitation to explore, to listen, and to be from the deepest and most longing place within. A conversation about affections, incompleteness, and the possibilities that arise when the body is approached as a question.
