dc.description.abstractEn el marco de un compromiso continuo para elevar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, impulsar el desarrollo económico y fortalecer la conectividad regional, se desarrollará el estudio de prefactibilidad y factibilidad del proyecto vial "Mejoramiento de la Carretera Puente Quemado - Toribio". Este proyecto nace como una iniciativa estratégica con el propósito de abordar tanto los desafíos de movilidad tanto presentes como los futuros en el municipio de Toribio, ubicado en el departamento de Cauca. El objetivo primordial de esta iniciativa es proporcionar soluciones eficientes y sostenibles a las crecientes necesidades de transporte en la región, este informe adicionalmente desglosará el problema que aqueja a la vía en cuestión, describe la situación actual y las dificultades que enfrentan los residentes y las empresas locales en términos de conectividad. Por otro lado, se enfocará en la importancia de llevar a cabo este estudio, destacando la visión detrás de la propuesta de mejora. Este proyecto no solo se trata de mejorar carreteras, sino de empoderar a la comunidad y sentar las bases para un desarrollo sostenible en la zona donde la movilidad eficiente se convierta en un motor para el progreso económico y social. Además, se presentarán los criterios fundamentales que han guiado la creación de la posible solución. Esta se proyecta para la carretera "Puente Quemado - Toribio" en las ubicaciones clave de las abscisas K3+000 hasta K6+000. En esta propuesta será evaluada, teniendo en cuenta no solo los aspectos técnicos y financieros, sino también el impacto ambiental y social que conlleva. La cual se basará en un análisis integral y en el compromiso de mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos y fomentar un crecimiento económico y sostenible en la región
dc.description.abstractengWithin the framework of a continuous commitment to raise the quality of life of citizens, promote economic development and strengthen regional connectivity, the pre-feasibility and feasibility study of the road project "Improvement of the Puente Quemado - Toribio Highway" will be developed. This project was born as a strategic initiative with the purpose of addressing both present and future mobility challenges in the municipality of Toribio, located in the department of Cauca. The primary objective of this initiative is to provide efficient and sustainable solutions to the growing transportation needs in the region. This report will additionally break down the problem that afflicts the road in question, describing the current situation and the difficulties faced by residents and businesses. local in terms of connectivity. On the other hand, it will focus on the importance of carrying out this study, highlighting the vision behind the improvement proposal. This project is not only about improving roads, but about empowering the community and laying the foundations for sustainable development in the area where efficient mobility becomes an engine for economic and social progress. In addition, the fundamental criteria that have guided the creation of the possible solution will be presented. This is projected for the "Puente Quemado - Toribio" highway in the key locations of the abscissa K3+000 to K6+000. This proposal will be evaluated, taking into account not only the technical and financial aspects, but also the environmental and social impact that it entails.
