Una mirada desde la perspectiva intercultural a una familia con hijos adolescentes y sus competencias socioemocionales en tiempo de pandemia

| dc.description.abstract | La sistematización de la experiencia del Proyecto de Asesoría Familiar (PAF) es el resultado del acompañamiento a una familia del municipio de Andalucía, Valle con la cual se logra a partir de una Investigación Acción Participativa (IAP) identificar algunas dificultades a su interior relacionadas con el manejo de las emociones, el autocontrol, la motivación, la empatía y las habilidades sociales. Con la implementación del PAF se buscó contribuir al fortalecimiento de estas Competencias Socioemocionales (CSE) de la familia a través de actividades y diálogos reflexivos basados en la teoría de la inteligencia emocional y bajo la mirada amplia de la perspectiva sistémica y el enfoque de interculturalidad. Dentro de la investigación se abordaron dos ejes: la familia desde la perspectiva intercultural y las competencias socioemocionales; ambos permitieron exponer cómo son las relaciones de una familia con dificultades en el desarrollo de competencias socioemocionales (CSE) y comprender cómo el fortalecimiento de las CSE, pueden facilitar las relaciones de la familia en tiempos de pandemia. Se evidenció que una familia con dificultades en el desarrollo de sus CSE es más vulnerable y puede presentar crisis intensas y desestabilizadoras durante contextos adversos como los de una pandemia y, que el desarrollar CSE no solo protege a la familia, sino que, además, permite a ésta tener mayores herramientas para la construcción de nuevas relaciones más cercanas al enfoque intercultural, en el cual prima el diálogo en condiciones de igualdad, autoafirmación y reconocimiento por el otro. | |
| dc.description.abstracteng | The systematization of the experience of the Family Counseling Project (FCP) is the result of the accompaniment of a family from the town of Andalucia-Valle, with which it is achieved through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) to identify some difficulties related to it with the management of emotions, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills. With the implementation of the FCP, it was sought to contribute to the strengthening of the Socio-Emotional Competencies (SEC) of the family through activities and reflective dialogues based on the theory of emotional intelligence and under the broad view of the systemic perspective and focusing on interculturality. The research will be approached in two axes: the family from the intercultural perspective and the socio-emotional competences; both allowed to expose what the relationships of a family with difficulties in the development of SEC are like and understand how the strengthening of SEC can facilitate family relationships in times of pandemic. It was evidenced that a family with difficulties in the development of their CSE is more vulnerable and can present intense and destabilizing crises during adverse contexts such as a pandemic and that developing CSE not only protects the family, but also allows for having greater tools for the construction of new relationships closer to the intercultural approach, in which dialogue prevails in conditions of equality, self-affirmation and recognition by the other. Finally, the implementation of programs aimed at strengthening CSE is considered essential for the prevention of psychosocial risks associated with the harmful effects that the pandemic can cause on people's mental and emotional health. | |
