dc.description.abstractEste proyecto contiene el diseño arquitectónico de un Centro Educativo para la zona rural de Buenaventura – Valle del Cauca, con el objetivo de crear un espacio que conlleve al desarrollo del proceso enseñanza / aprendizaje, en estudiantes de básica primaria y aporte con el progreso de la región. El método utilizado tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, el cual se llevó a cabo mediante una encuesta semiestructurada conformadas de 12 preguntas abiertas, realizadas a 180 habitantes del Consejo Mayor Comunitario de las veredas El Coco (zona alta), San José (zona media) y Las Palmas (zona baja), en las que se manejaron variables demográficas (nombre, edad, estado civil, nivel educativo, núcleo familiar, situación laboral, ingresos, tipo de vivienda, ubicación geográfica, acceso a la educación, acceso a servicios básicos de agua y energía, entre otros), y la observación participante con el apoyo del registro fotográfico. Se concluyó con el desarrollo de las 3 fases propuestas: Fase 1. Diagnóstico Participativo; aquí se identificaron las características demográficas, sociales, económicas y ambientales; Fase 2. Identificación del lugar; se tuvo en cuenta una localización adecuada de los terrenos, para tener seguridad del buen manejo en y las básicas necesarias para un óptimo funcionamiento y desarrollo del proyecto; y Fase 3. Diseño Participativo; permitió la acción participativa de la comunidad de la vereda Las Palmas, se planteó la incorporación de espacios exteriores como patio de recreo, jardines y zona de esparcimiento, que beneficiarán el contacto con la naturaleza y fomentarán el desarrollo de actividades físicas y deportes.
dc.description.abstractengThis project contains the architectural design of an Educational Center for the rural area of Buenaventura – Valle del Cauca, with the objective of creating a space that leads to the development of the teaching/learning process in primary school students and contributes to the progress of region. The method used had a qualitative approach, which was carried out through a semi-structured survey made up of 12 open questions, asked of 180 inhabitants of the Greater Community Council of the villages of El Coco (upper area), San José (middle area) and Las Palmas (lower area), in which demographic variables were managed (name, age, marital status, educational level, family nucleus, employment situation, income, type of housing, geographical location, access to education, access to basic water services and energy, among others), and participant observation with the support of photographic recording. It was concluded with the development of the 3 proposed phases: Phase 1. Participatory Diagnosis; Here the demographic, social, economic and environmental characteristics were identified; Phase 2. Identification of the place; An adequate location of the land was taken into account, to ensure good management and the basics necessary for optimal operation and development of the project; and Phase 3. Participatory Design; allowed the participatory action of the community of the Las Palmas village, the incorporation of outdoor spaces such as a playground, gardens and recreation area was proposed, which will benefit contact with nature and encourage the development of physical activities and sports.
