dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de grado es realizado con fines académicos, y pretende fortalecer la capacidad técnica de la FUNDACION YO TENGO FE a través de un modelo de consultoría. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es mejorar el impacto de las actividades y proyectos que hoy se ofrecen a la comunidad y mejorar el portafolio de servicios, de forma que este se haga más atractivo para cooperantes y donantes. Durante el desarrollo de esta consultoría se busca resaltar la importancia de la intervención social en contextos y conflicto y la importancia de la música para el desarrollo social y económico. Así mismo, se desarrolla un diagnóstico que luego nos permita llegar al diseño e implementación de un plan estratégico que nos dirija a lograr un avance significativo de la organización en términos organizacionales, legales y sociales. Adicionalmente, se espera fortalecer la capacidad jurídica y técnica de la entidad, de forma que esta cuente con un plan estratégico, que le permita gestionar recursos que apalanquen el desarrollo y apoyen la sostenibilidad de la entidad.
dc.description.abstractengThis is a document carried out for academic purposes and aims to strengthen the technical capacity of the FUNDACION YO TENGO FE through a consulting model. The main objective of this work is to improve the impact of the activities and projects that today are being offered to the community and to improve the variety of services, to becomes the entity more attractive to cooperators and donors. During the development of this consultancy, we pretend to highlight the importance of social intervention in vulnerable contexts and the importance of the music for social and economic development. Likewise, the main idea is to realize a diagnostic, which is going to allow us to design and implementing an strategic plan that will lead us to achieve a significant progress for FUNDACION YO TENGO FE, in legal and social terms. Finally, it seeks to strengthen the legal and technical capacity of the entity, looking forward having an strategic plan, which allows it to manage resources that support the development and the sustainability of FUNDACION YO TENGO FE.
