Abstract
Explórate es un proyecto innovador que aborda la necesidad de educación y sensibilización sobre el placer y la sexualidad en adolescentes con discapacidades motoras, quienes enfrentan barreras sociales, culturales y educativas que limitan su acceso a este tipo de información. Partiendo del reconocimiento de la sexualidad como un aspecto integral del bienestar emocional, este proyecto busca romper prejuicios y promover un enfoque inclusivo y accesible. El corazón del proyecto es un juego interactivo que combina diversión, aprendizaje y reflexión. A través de un tablero y diferentes actividades, los participantes pueden explorar sus sentidos, sus derechos sexuales y la importancia del autoconocimiento, todo en un ambiente seguro y libre de estigmas. Además, el juego incluye una guía sobre derechos sexuales y estrategias educativas diseñadas para empoderar a los adolescentes, ayudándoles a comprender que el placer no tiene límites y que es una vía para el bienestar emocional y personal. En términos generales, Explórate se presenta como una solución creativa y efectiva para visibilizar y abordar un tema frecuentemente ignorado, ofreciendo herramientas prácticas y significativas para que los jóvenes con discapacidades motoras descubran su cuerpo, exploren su sexualidad y disfruten de una vida más plena y satisfactoria. Este proyecto no solo busca educar, sino también transformar perspectivas, generando un impacto positivo en la calidad de vida de los participantes y sus familias.
Explórate is an innovative project that addresses the need for education and awareness about pleasure and sexuality in adolescents with motor disabilities, who face social, cultural, and educational barriers that limit their access to this type of information. Based on the recognition of sexuality as an integral aspect of emotional well-being, this project seeks to break prejudices and promote an inclusive and accessible approach. The heart of the project is an interactive game that combines fun, learning, and reflection. Through a board and various activities, participants can explore their senses, their sexual rights, and the importance of self-knowledge, all in a safe and stigma-free environment. Additionally, the game includes a guide on sexual rights and educational strategies designed to empower adolescents, helping them understand that pleasure has no limits and is a path to emotional and personal well-being. In general terms, Explórate presents itself as a creative and effective solution to make visible and address a frequently ignored topic, offering practical and meaningful tools for young people with motor disabilities to discover their bodies, explore their sexuality, and enjoy a fuller and more satisfying life.
