Abstract
Este proyecto explora a detalle conceptos culturales y artísticos a través del chocolate, poder tener ingredientes que conecten las culturas de México y Colombia. Son detalles que plantean el reconocimiento de identidad cultural en la gastronomía, relacionando el arte y los sabores de ambos países. Las tendencias actuales en la gastronomía, en específico en la chocolatería, no solo evocan sabores, sino que también transmiten identidad, historia y cultura. Los chocolates en forma de alebrije, son embajadores culturales de México, no solo siendo una figura de animal modificado, sino transformado en arte. Se busca poder fusionar, combinar, brindar creatividad y colorido para poder ofrecer una experiencia visual y gustativa fascinante.
